A whole fluvial infrastructure design is required with numerous and diverse facilities such as a hotel, a sports centre, a marina, a hangar. The site, an island itself, is placed just in a meander of the main canal and it’s divided by the connection of a minor one. The project must be a new riverfront that, without modifying the river’s course, enables a deep transformation of this part of the town.
