A new library with auditorium and other cultural and social facilities to be built in a 1930’s existing factory, consisting in three volumes. The main room is a delicate hall beautifully illuminated by big skylights facing north and is catalogued with the highest patrimonial protection. The other two buildings -the offices- can be transformed or demolished. An open public space at the entrance is highly recommended.
